CCC Pack the Pantry Event 2009.The first picture is our volunteers asking for donations for our local food pantry. The second is a picture of a portion of what we collected.  Pack the Pantry is the CCC annual Make a Difference Day project.

The Community Character Coalition sponsored its first annual social on September 10, 2009 to celebrate the exceptional character of Elk Grove.  A good time was had by all!

As one of the sponsors of the Elk Grove Relay for Life held on June12th, members of the Community Character Coalition dressed as the Six Pillars lead off the Survivor Lap.

The Community Character Coalition and the Elk Grove Park District sponsored a Celebration of Cultures on April 3rd.  The many displays and performances were enjoyed by the large crowd in attendance.

The Community Character Coalition and the Village of Elk Grove honored area youth for their community service during the May 12th Village Board Meeting.

During the January Community Character Coalition meeting the following supporters of CCC were recognized for their continuing support:
